T-Shirts and any other product can only be returned if their is an error with the printing or damage during shipping, however, we can sometimes make exceptions for t-shirts and other certain products, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Most items will provide a warranty under the product description or you will be mailed a document providing you information about the warranty or return process if needed. We promise to do our best to work with you to help resolve any issue we can. Please contact us to find out if we can make an exception for any return. After receiving verify it is not damaged from the shipping and is correctly printed, if their is an error request a return from us by email immediately at info@amyandbenco.com and we will respond and let you know if the return will able to be processed.


SCF (Simply Carbon Fiber) only has a 10 period window for returns that are not opened. 

Other Sunglasses and Watches have between 7 and 30 days depending on each product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This is very important, we use suppliers that do not always take back items if they are not in the same condition as when they left the warehouse. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the price you were charged by us or replace any product that failed to arrive or that was damaged in transit (picture evidence may be required).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amyandbenco.com. If your return is accepted, the cost of the shipping will be paid by you and you will be required to
arrange your own shipping. You must send back your item within 5 business days and provide us a return tracking number.  We (Amy and Ben Co.) are able to provide you a shipping label if needed, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged upon arrival and we will help resolve it (please take pictures and do not wear the item).
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact support at info@amyandbenco.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we or our supplier has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or as a store credit within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The amount of your refund will include any deductions from transaction fees or return shipping charges paid by Amy and Ben Co.

Fraudulent Transactions

We use security features at our checkout when orders are being placed. If your order comes up with a “high alert” for fraudulent activity, we will most likely not process your order or charge your card on file. If the card on file is charged and we find out later the transaction was fraudulent the payment for that order will be refunded to the card, however any fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
